【Abstract】 The survey shows that most employers think the professional ethics quality of graduates is satisfying in shipping higher vocational colleges,but there are also undesirable places.The outstanding problems are that graduates’ view on seeking job and views have the tendency of eager for instant success and quick profits,and the lack of hardworking spirit,responsibility consciousness,professional dedication and teamwork spirit in the work.The employers believe that the excellent employees should be qualified with the basic professional ethics quality,such as dedication,unity and cooperation,honesty and innovation,and legal compliance.更多还原
