【Abstract】 Because of involving not the deprival and restriction of a student right to accept teaching but the damage of a student reputation,the legitimacy that the university and college punish a student has come to being the focus,being paid close attention from society,and being the hot topic,being get discussion from the academe.In order to construct and improve the student punishment mechanism,we should reasonable analyze the legitimacy of the student punishment,on the base of the proper analysis on the concept and characteristic of the student punishes and from the purpose,entity and procedure three different dimensions.Firstly,the legitimate purpose is a preconditions for college and universities to punish a student.Second,the legitimate entity is the foundation of student punishment in university and college.Last but not least,the legitimate procedure is the guarantee for student punishment in university and college.更多还原
