【Abstract】 In Japan administrative proceedings are also known as administrative cases proceedings,which has utilized related systems in Germany and the United States,and created a unique type of protest suit,the core of which is revocation litigation.This article makes an in-depth analysis of the connotation of protest suit,and illustrates the key issues of revocation litigation,with a view to providing China’s Administrative Procedure Law being modified with a unique and valuable reference being modified in a Chinese administrative procedure law.更多还原
