【摘要】 我国社会主义市场经济正处于从身份社会向契约社会发展的过程中,顺应这种发展趋势,国有企业体制改革已经进入了深化和攻坚阶段。辽宁省作为我国东北老工业基地的重要组成部分,国有企业众多,其国有企业体制改革也是国家和社会关注的重点。近年来,在辽宁省国有企业体制改革过程中,遇到了一些公司治理方面的困难,例如,产权契约关系不完善、行政型治理模式和代理成本高等。完善公司治理成为国有企业体制改革的关键环节,因此解决辽宁省国有企业公司治理中的产权契约关系不完善和行政型治理模式缺陷有利于促进辽宁国有企业公司效益的提升。从契约关系的视角探索辽宁省国有企业的公司治理模式,旨在提高辽宁国有企业公司治理的效率和企业竞争能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our socialist market economy is in the course of the transformation from a society of identity to a society of contract.To conform to this development tendency,the state-owned enterprise reform has entered the deepening and crucial stage.Liaoning province where many state-owned enterprises are located in plays an important role in Northeast China old industrial base and the state-owned enterprise system reform has also been under the state and society’s attention.In recent years,in the process of state-owned enterprise system reform,Liaoning province has encountered some corporate governance difficulties,for example,the imperfect property rights contract relationship,the administrative corporate governance modes,high agency cost and so on.To perfect the corporate governance system is the key link in the state-owned enterprise system reform process.So,to solve those problems will promote the benefit of state-owned enterprises of Liaoning province.This paper,from the perspective of the contract relationship,explores into the corporate governance mode of state-owned enterprises of Liaoning province,aiming at the improvement of the corporate governance efficiency and the enterprise competition ability.更多还原
