【Abstract】 The great practice of building a socialism harmonious society raises new tasks and requirements to Party s’ primary-level organizations at police universities.Currently,university party building of primary-level organizations of the teaching and administrative staff is still facing many problems.Under the concept of building a harmonious socialist society,basic requirements of party building of primary-level at universities are putting study and practice together,open-up and innovation together and democracy and centralism together as well.From raising the awareness to university party building of primary-level organizations of the teaching and administrative staff,innovating the education form of teaching party members,establishing the evaluation mechanism of Party organization at the basic level of the teaching and administrative staff,strengthening the staff construction of party organization at the basic level leading group we can strengthen the police university party building of primary-level organizations of the teaching and administrative staff.更多还原
