吖啶橙荧光猝灭法测定饮用水中痕量溴酸根

【摘要】 基于在盐酸介质中,一定量的溴化钾存在下,当溴酸根氧化吖啶橙时使其荧光猝灭,提出了荧光猝灭法测定饮用水中溴酸根的方法。在激发波长493 nm,发射波长528 nm条件下,体系的荧光强度降低值△F与溴酸根的质量浓度在10.0~560.0μg·L-1范围内呈线性关系,方法检出限(3S/N)为3.03μg·L-1。方法用于纯净水和桶装水中溴酸根的测定,回收率在94.0%~107%之间。

【Abstract】 Based on the fluorescence quenching effect produced by oxidation of acridine orange with BrO3 in the presence of KBr in a HCl medium,a method for the determination of trace amount of BrO3- in drinking water was proposed.Linear relationship between magnitude of decrease in fluorescence intensity(ΔF) and mass concentration of BrO3- was kept in the range of 10.0—560.0μg ? L-1,when measured at(λcx) 493 nm and(λcm) 528 nm.Value of detection limit(3S/N) found was 3.03μg ? L-1.The proposed method was applied to the determination of bromate in purified water and barreled water,giving values of recovery by standard addition method in the range of 94.0%—107%.
