有机膨润土/聚乙烯母料制备及力学性能研究

【摘要】 固定有机膨润土/低密度聚乙烯配比量1∶3,采用双螺杆熔融挤出法针对接枝聚乙烯相容剂,开展有机膨润土/低密度聚乙烯母料化制备;采用注射制备法对母料与低密度聚乙烯稀释注射试样进行力学性能测定和X-射线衍射表征分析,结果表明:40%接枝聚乙烯制备母料稀释注射试样(5%有机膨润土)与基体聚乙烯相比,拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别提高16.1%、25.5%和51.6%,断裂伸长率与基体聚乙烯持平,冲击强度表现为冲不断;注射试样X-射线衍射表征分析显示,有机膨润土/聚乙烯复合体系不易形成插层或剥离结构,但接枝聚乙烯提高了有机膨润土在基体聚乙烯中的分散性,有利于复合试样力学性能的改善与提高。

【Abstract】 The organo-bentonite/ low density polyethylene(LDPE) master batchs which the mixture ratio is 1:3.The organo-bentonite/ LDPE and the LDPE-g-MAH were prepared by twin-screw melting extruding method.Mechanical properties of injection samples using organo-bentonite/ LDPE master batchs by diluting with LDPE2426K were determined.When the compatibilizer content was 40%,and the organo-bentonite content was 5.0%,the mechanical properties of injection samples using organo-bentonite/ LDPE master batchs by diluting with LDPE2426K showed the tensile strength,bending strength and bending modulus were improved by 16.1%、25.5% and 51.6%,respectively,the elongation at break was the same as LDPE2426K matrix and the impact strength was endlessly.The injection samples were studied by XRD,and showed that it is difficult for organo-bentonite to form inserted or exfoliated structure in the LDPE2426K matrix.While the LDPE-g-MAH compatibilizer is available for dispersion of organo-bentonite in LDPE2426K matrix and mechanical properties improvement of injection samples.
