自动反洗表面过滤器在硫酸装置稀硫酸过滤上的应用
Application of automatically backwashing surface filter on dilute sulfuric acid filtration in sulfuric acid plant
【摘要】 硫酸净化工序斜板沉降器出来的污酸用自动反洗表面过滤器进行清污分离,介绍处理工艺流程及主要设备。每年可以回用硫酸1 400 t(折标酸),年经济效益约为86.19万元。
【Abstract】 The waste acid from inclined plate settler in cleaning section is filtered by automatically backwashing surface filter,the treatment process and main equipments are introduced.About 1 400 t standard sulfuric acid can be recovered with the economic benefit of 861 900 RMB Yuan every year.
