【摘要】 从土壤因子、气候因子、灌溉水因子和大气因子对药材品质的影响概述生态环境要素与药材质量的相关性。以川芎为对象,研究了川芎药材的主要指标成分含量与部分产地生态因子的相关性,结果表明川芎中阿魏酸含量与产地年均温存在显著负相关关系,而多糖含量与产地海拔高度有显著负相关关系,为中药品质研究和中药GAP基地建立提供理论依据。同时针对当今追求药材产量及地方经济发展需要而盲目引种问题提出了建立道地药材适宜生态环境因素水平表的设想,即在分析量化影响药材品质的各生态环境因子基础上,建立道地药材适宜生态环境因素水平表,根据因素水平表选择适宜种植区或建立模拟种植区,为中药材合理引种、中药材质量控制及中药材供需矛盾的解决提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper had reviewed the influence of soil factors, climatic factors, irrigation water factors and atmospheric factors on the quality of traditional Chinese medicine, to summarize the correlation between the environment of producing area of traditional Chinese medicine and its quality, and research the correlation between the contents of main index components of Chuanxiong and part of ecological factors. The results showed that the content of ferulic acid had negative correlation with annual average temperature and the content of polysaccharide had negative correlation with elevation. This research had provided theoretical basis for the quality research of traditional Chinese medicine and the establishment of traditional Chinese medicine GAP base. This paper also put forward the idea of establishing the appropriate ecological environment factors and levels table of genuine medicine materials to solve the problem of blind introduction to pursue the production of traditional Chinese medicine and the development of local economy. That meant that established the appropriate ecological environment factors and levels table of genuine medicine materials on the basis of analyzing and quantifying the ecological environment factors influencing the quality of traditional Chinese medicine, then selected suitable growing areas or established simulative growing areas, thus provided certain theoretical basis for the reasonable introduction, quality control and solution of supply and demand contradiction of traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
