【摘要】 目的:研究不同浸种处理对决明子种子发芽率的影响。方法:测定决明子种子的千粒重,并将种子分别置于40℃、60℃、80℃的条件下,进行10min、30min、2h的浸种处理,观察和记录决明子的发芽率。结果:不同温度、不同时间的浸种处理对决明子种子的发芽率有显著的差异,其中以60℃温水条件下浸种2h处理的效果最佳,发芽率达到97.5%。结论:优选决明子的浸种条件对中药决明子的种植具有现实的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of different soaking treatments on seed germination rate of Cassia obtusi folia L Method: Seeds of Cassia obtusi folia were weighted and treated at 40 ℃, 60 ℃, 80 ℃for 10 min, 30 min, 2 h respectively, and the seed germination rate s were observed and recorded. Result: Significant difference was found in the seed germination rate of Cassia obtusi folia L treated at different temperature and time. The best dipping time and temperature are 2 hours and 60 ℃ respectively with 97.5% germination rate. Conclusion: This method is simple and practical and economic, and is worth of extensively application in the sowing and breeding of Cassia obtusi folia L. seeds.更多还原
