【摘要】 目的:考察地锦草总黄酮结肠定位片的体外释放度影响因素,建立其释放度测定方法。方法:以槲皮素为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定地锦草总黄酮口服结肠定位释放度,色谱柱以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50:50)为流动相;检测波长为360nm,理论塔板数按槲皮素峰计算应不低于2500。结果:药物体外释放受释放方法和释放介质的影响。3批样品释放度结果符合《中国药典》要求。结论:该方法简便,结果可靠,可作为地锦草口服结肠定位片生产过程的质量控制依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the factors effecting the release rate of Humifusa flavonoids colon-targeted tablets in vitro and establish a determination method for the release rate.Methods:Reference the China Pharmacopoeia method,with creeper grass flavonoids quercetin active ingredient for the evaluation of cumulative release by HPLC.The chromatographic column:with octadecyl silane bonded silica as a filler;the detection wavelength of 360nm,the mobile phase:methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid (50:50),the detection wavelength:360 nm,and the theoretical plate number quercetin peak should not be less than 2500.Results:The drug release in vitro was influenced by the method and the release medium and the release rate of the three batches of samples consisted with requirements of China pharmacopeia.Conclusion:The method iS simple and results are reliable.It can be used for quality contro1.更多还原
