【摘要】 目的观察慢性原发性闭角型青光眼(CPACG)患者行超声乳化白内障摘出手术前后眼前段参数的变化情况。方法选取从2009年9月到2011年3月76例(76只眼)CPACG,所有患者行超声乳化白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术,比较手术前后眼前段参数变化。结果患者术前眼压为(34.04±4.12)mm Hg,术后3个月(16.14±2.84)mm Hg,术后眼压明显下降,比较差异有统计学意义(t=22.47,P<0.05)。术后3个月时所有患者的中央前房深度(CACD)、周边前房深度(PACD)、前房容积(ACV)均较术前增加,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后3个月时瞳孔直径(PD)小于术前,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3个月时各象限前房角(ACA)较术前均明显增宽,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术可有效改善CPACG眼前段结构的狭窄情况,起到治疗和缓解病情的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe anterior segment parameter changes of chronic primary angle closure glaucoma before and after phacoemulsification cataract treatment for chronic primary angleclosure glaucoma patients.Methods From September 2009 to March 2011,76 cases of patients with chronic primary angle closure glaucoma were done phacoemulsification cataract extraction and IOL implantation,with comparing anterior segment parameters change of before and after operation.Results The preoperative intraocular pressure was 34.04±4.12 mm Hg,after 3 months the intraocular pressure drops obviously which was 16.14±2.84 mm Hg,the comparing difference was statistical significance(t=22.47,P<0.05).After 3 months,the CACD,PACD,ACV of all patients was higher than that of preoperative,the comparing difference were statistical significance(P<0.05);the PD after 3 months was less than that of preoperative,the comparing difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 3 months,the ACA of all quadrant were improved significantly,and the comparative differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification cataract extraction and iol implantation can effectively improve the narrow of anterior structure segment of chronic primary angleclosure glaucoma patients,and treat and ease the disease progresses.更多还原
