【摘要】 竞争与合作是社会生活中常见的两种相互补充的行为方式,它们共同推动着社会的进步与发展。权力监督和制约是现代政治文明的基本标志,近几年在构建和谐社会的背景下,我国要践行的合作收益尚未建立起有效防止权力腐败的权力制约与监督机制。文章认为,要建设社会主义和谐社会,必须建立科学、和谐的权力制约与监督约束机制,综合运用多种方式使权力规范有效地行使,保证权力为人民利益所谋,才能保证合作收益的利益共享。更多还原
