【摘要】 目的:探讨脱敏抛光膏对洁牙后牙本质过敏的临床治疗效果。方法:2011年3月—2011年9月超声龈上洁治后出现牙本质敏感患者124例,将其随机分为2组:研究组(n=66)和对照组(n=58)。在超声龈上洁治后,对研究组采用脱敏抛光膏进行脱敏抛光治疗,对照组则采用普通不含脱敏成分的牙膏。分别于抛光前、抛光后即刻采用冷空气喷吹法检测患者牙本质的敏感程度,记录视觉模拟疼痛评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)值。结果:治疗前2组患者牙本质敏感程度的评分结果无显著差异[脱敏抛光膏组为(5.22±1.27),对照组为(5.19±1.45),P>0.05]。治疗后2组的评分结果具有显著差异[脱敏抛光膏组为(2.13±1.71),对照组为(5.01±1.35),P<0.05]。结论:脱敏抛光膏能够有效地降低超声龈上洁治后牙本质的敏感度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of desensitizing paste on dentin hypersensitivity after ultrasonic scaling.Methods:A total of 124 patients with dentin hypersensitivity after ultrasonic scaling were tested for sensitivity by visual analogue scale(VAS) and then randomly divided into 2 groups.Sixty-six patients in the test group were treated with desensitizing paste,while 58 patients in the control group were treated with common tooth paste.All the patients were tested by VAS after treatment.Results: The degrees of dentin hypersensitivity were similar in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while there were significant difference between the two groups in dentin hypersensitivity after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions: Desensitizing paste is an effective way to relieve the dentin hypersensitivity after ultrasonic scaling.更多还原
