【摘要】 目的:探讨贝朗自主成型补片腹膜前修补治疗股疝的可行性。方法:2008年—2011年应用贝朗自主成型补片对12例股疝行腹膜前修补。方法:术中切开腹横筋膜、回纳疝囊后,继续分离腹膜外间隙,将圆形网状多层补片以股环为中心展开平铺,缝合腹横筋膜以及其余各层腹壁。观察手术时间、术中出血量以及术后局部感觉异常、慢性疼痛的发生率和股疝复发率。结果:手术操作顺利,患者手术时间45～65 min,平均50 min;术中患者出血0～10 mL,术后无特殊不适,无复发。结论:贝朗自主成型补片腹膜前修补治疗股疝操作简便,效果可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the feasibility of preperitoneal repair for femoral hernia with Braun self-forming prothetic mesh.Methods: From 2008 to 2011,preperitoneal repair with Braun self-foming prothesis was applied in 12 femoral hernia patients.The preperitoneal space was established sufficiently after the transversalis fascia was incised and the hernia sac was reduced.The round multilayer prosthesis patch was then unfolded at the preperitoneal space with the mesh center covering the femoral ring.The transversalis fascia and the other layers of abdominal wall were closed finally.The operation time and amount of bleeding,short-term and long-term postoperative complications,including local area foreign sensation,chronic pain,hernia recurrence were studied.Results: All procedures were carried out smoothly.The operation time ranged from 40 to 65 minutes,with a mean of 50 minutes.There were little intraoperative bleeding,few postoperative complications and no recurrence.Conclusions: The preperitoneal repair for femoral hernia with Braun self-forming prothesis is easy to conduct and have reliable effect.更多还原
