【摘要】 目的探讨骨折患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的诱发因素和处理措施。方法对60例骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组使用药物配合机械预防,对照组按传统方法经常按摩患者双下肢。疗程为20d,对两组患者进行效果评价。结果实验组30例患者中,无1例发生DVT;对照组30例患者中,发生DVT 6例,发生率为20%。对照组DVT发生率高于实验组(χ2=4.63,P<0.05)。结论药物治疗配合机械预防是预防下肢静脉血栓的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the causative factors and the precautions in treatment of deep venous thrombosis(DVT) in lower limbs.Methods 60 cases of fracture were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrast group(30 cases in each group).Medication combined with mechanical prevertion were used in the treatment group,while traditional massage was given to patients in the contrast group,20 days as a course of treatment.The therapeutic effects were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results No DVT occurred in any of the 30 patients in the treatment group,while 6 cases of DVT(20%) were found in the control group.The incidence of DVT in control groupishigher there the treatment group((χ2=4.63,P<0.05))Conclusion The combined use of medicines and mechanical precautions is an effective method for the treatment of DVT.更多还原
