【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the characteristics of immunophenotype of chronic lymphocytic leukemia(CLL).Method:Flow cytometry was used to detect the immunophenotype of 89 cases CLLs.Result:The CLL typically expressed CD5,CD19 and CD23.CD79b could be detected on CLL cells of the majority patients.CD38 and ZAP-70 could be detected on some CLL cases.Conclusion:The immunophenotype analysis might be important in CLL diagnosis and CLL prognosis evaluation.更多还原
