【摘要】 目的观察探讨内镜下黏膜切除术(endoscopic mucosal resection,EMR)在溃疡性结肠炎并发息肉治疗中的应用,分析该方法的优势及治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2011年12月我院消化科收治的28例溃疡性结肠炎并发息肉患者,所有患者均行EMR治疗,分析息肉分布,病理类型,EMR术后溃结症状缓解率,EMR治疗的并发症,息肉复发率,并进行定期复查肠镜及随访调查情况。结果 28例行内镜治疗病人均愈合良好,无穿孔及出血等并发症及息肉同部位复发情况发生,配合美沙拉嗪等综合治疗,患者脓血便及腹痛等症状明显好转,复发减少。结论常规肠镜活检后明确诊断的病人,实施EMR治疗息肉、溃疡性结肠炎症状好转,息肉复发减少,不失为首选治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate endoscopic mucosal resection in the set of ulcerative colitis combined with polyps treatment application,analyses the advantages of this method and the therapeutic effect.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical date from 2007 to 2011 in our digestion department of internal medicine treated including 28 cases of ulcerative colitis combined were observed with polyps.All patients underwent endoscopic surgery for the treatment of polyps,and were analysed the polyp distribution,pathological type,postoperative kuijie symptoms relief operation,complications,recurrence of polyps,regularly reviewed colonoscopy and follow-up survey were performed.Results 28 cases of endoscopic therapy for patients healed well,and had no perforation and complications such as bleeding and polyps occurred.With the same mesalazine therapy,patients with pus and blood stool and abdominal pain condition improved markedly,relapse reduced.Conclusion Routine colonoscopy biopsy after definitive diagnosis of ulcerative colitis,the implementation of EMR for the treatment of polyps,ulcerative colitis symptoms is improved,polyp recurrence is reduced.It is the preferred method of treatment.更多还原
