【摘要】 目的观察采用淋巴细胞对复发性流产患者进行主动免疫的疗效。方法对74例原因不明复发性流产患者检测封闭抗体阴性后,采用配偶或健康的第3者外周血淋巴细胞进行主动免疫治疗。结果 74例中有63例妊娠成功(足月分娩54例,早产及流产9例),11例失败,妊娠成功率为85.1%。11例失败者中9例未孕(仍在治疗中),2例治疗3次后失访。早产患者中1例双胎妊娠至6个月流产,3例自然流产,l例宫外孕。结论主动免疫对于原因不明复发性流产患者是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,能进一步提高妊娠成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of lymphocyte immunotherapy on recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods Seventy-four cases of unexplained RSA were treated with peripheral blood lymphocytes from spouse or healthy donor for active immunotherapy after negative blocking antibody detection.Results Successful pregnancy was achieved in 63 patients(85.1%),including full-term delivery in 54 and premature birth and miscarriage in 9.Among the 11 patients who underwent failed treatment,9 were not pregnant,and 2 were lost to follow-up after the third treatment.Among the preterm patients,1 had a twin pregnancy but aborted after 6 months,3 had had spontaneous abortion,and 1 had ectopic pregnancy.Conclusion Active immunotherapy is a safe and effective treatment and can improve the pregnancy success rate in patients with unexplained RSA.更多还原
