【摘要】 目的:初步探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的安全性及可行性。方法:回顾性分析2010年7月～2011年9月14例在我院行经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术患者的临床资料,平均年龄29.3岁,均为左侧。结果:本组14例患者均成功施行手术,术中平均出血量5ml,平均手术时间35min,术后平均3天出院,平均随访12个月,均无并发症,无精索静脉曲张复发。结论:经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术瘢痕小,恢复快,并发症少,治疗精索静脉曲张安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the safety and feasibility of single-port transumbilical laparoscopic varicocelectomy for varicocele. Methods:The clinical data of 14 patients who underwent single-port transumbilical laparoscopic varicocelectomy from July 2010 to September 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results:All of the patients were operated successfully with no conversion to multi-port laparoscopy.The mean blood bloss was 5 ml,the mean operative time was 35 minutes,and the hospital stay after operation was 3 days.The mean follow-up was 12 months until now and no complication or recurrence was observed. Conclusions:It is safe,feasible and effective to use single-port transumbilical laparoscopic varicocelectomy for varicocele.更多还原
