【摘要】 目的:探讨输尿管镜在早期处理急诊导尿失败的闭合性尿道损伤的可行性及其应用价值。方法:采用输尿管镜辅助下留置导尿管行尿道会师术,治疗21例急性闭合性尿道损伤患者,其中球部损伤14例、后尿道损伤7例。术后对患者进行随访并收集临床资料。结果:21例急性闭合性尿道损伤患者均成功在输尿管镜辅助下行尿道会师术,其中5例患者同时行膀胱穿刺造瘘术。术后随访0.5～6年,有5例患者因狭窄尿道行尿道内切开术。结论:对于急性闭合性尿道损伤,采用输尿管镜早期处理可取得较好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the feasibility and value of uretercope in treating acute closed urethral injuries.Methods:Clinical data of 21 cases of urethral injuries were analyzed retrospectively.14 cases of patients with anterior urethral injuries and 7 cases of patients with posterior urethral injuries.Results:With the help of uretercope,indwelling catheterization was performed in 21 cases.Suprapubic cystostomies were executed in 5 cases.The postoperative effects were satisfactory with less complication.Conclusions:Urethral realignment with uretercope is a safe and effective way to treat acute urethral injuries.更多还原
