【摘要】 目的:分析妊娠期输尿管结石治疗方法,总结相关的临床经验。方法:回顾性分析2005～2011年因输尿管结石而入院治疗的22例孕妇的临床资料。结果:18例(81.8%)入院时经超声确诊为输尿管结石,9例患者通过保守治疗后缓解并排出结石,10例通过留置双J管疼痛缓解,3例行输尿管镜下碎石取石术。结论:妊娠期合并输尿管结石患者,利用超声诊断安全可靠,约半数可以通过保守治疗缓解,留置双J管和椎管内麻醉下输尿管镜下碎石取石术亦安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the treatment of ureter stones during pregnancy.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 22 pregnant women presenting with ureter stone(s) necessitating intervention between 2005 and 2011.Results:18 cases in 22 were confirmed diagnosis by ultrasonography.9 cases were alleviated by medical treatment,and 10 cases underwent D-J stent indwelling,and 3 cases underwent ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Conclusions:Ultrasonography is an effective and safe method for detecting ureter calculi in pregnancy.Approximately half of cases could be alleviated by medical treatment,and D-J stent indwelling or ureteroscopic lithotripsy is also a definitive therapeutic option for pregnant woman requiring surgical intervention.更多还原
