【摘要】 目的:探讨三苯氧胺(Tamoxifen,TAM)对人舌鳞癌细胞系Tca8113的增殖抑制作用。方法:不同浓度TAM处理体外培养的人舌鳞癌细胞Tca8113,MTT法检测细胞增殖,倒置显微镜下观察细胞形态学变化。结果:在浓度为1、2、5、10μmol/L时,TAM呈现出剂量依赖性抑制人舌鳞癌细胞Tca8113的增殖作用。通过对三个不同浓度(2μmol/L、5μmol/L、10μmol/L)TAM实验组的抑制率进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),细胞抑制率与药物浓度呈正相关。细胞超微结构显示,药物浓度与细胞结构呈剂量依赖关系。结论:TAM可显著抑制人舌鳞癌细胞Tca8113的增殖,其作用呈剂量依赖关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the inhibiting effect of tamoxifen on proliferation of human tongue carcinoma cell line Tca8113.Method:Human tongue carcinoma cell line Tca8113 was incubated with different concentrations of tamoxifen,cell proliferation was evaluated by MTT method.The morphological changes of cells in each group were observed with inverted microscope.Result:After the cells being treated with tamoxifen at different concentration(1,2,5,10 μmol/L)for 24 hours,the inhibition rate(%) were(3.42±0.38),(15.61±2.47),(44.54±0.58) and(61.48±0.69) respectively.Tamoxifen inhibited proliferation significantly(P <0.05)in dose-depended manner.The changes of cellular ultrastructure were relative with the concentration of tamoxifen.Conclusion:Tamoxifen can significantly inhibit human tongue carcinoma cell line Tca8113’s proliferation in dose-depended manner.更多还原
