【摘要】 目的:调查佤族精神分裂症的患病率及其特点。方法:采用按比例简单随机抽样法,对云南省临沧市沧源佤族自治县11个乡镇共18199人进行了入户调查,收集其人口学资料,并对精神分裂症患者进行阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分。结果:①临沧市沧源县佤族精神分裂症患病率为1.43‰。②男性精神分裂症现患病率2.05‰,女性精神分裂症现患病率0.71‰,男性患病率高于女性。结论:云南沧源县佤族精神分裂症的患病率低于我国大陆农村地区的患病率,且男性高于女性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the incidence of schizophrenia of the Wa nationality in Cangyuan Wa nationality autonomous county and study related clinical characteristics.Method:18 199 subjects at 11 Wa nationality villages were investigated using the method of simple random sampling by proportion,and collected demographic data and medical history.PANSS was used to rate the symptoms of schizophrenia patients.Results:①The prevalence rate of schizophrenia of the Wa nationality in Cangyuan Wa nationality autonomous county was 1.43‰.②The incidence rate of male was 2.05‰ and the female was 0.71‰.Conclusion:The Wa nationality schizophrenia prevalence rate is lower than nationwide level.The prevalence rate of male schizophrenia patients is higher than the female.更多还原
