【摘要】 目的探讨可塑形钛板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法对30例累及距下关节的跟骨骨折患者(34足)行标准外侧入路,可塑形钛钢板内固定治疗,明显塌陷者予自体髂骨植骨。结果 30例均获随访,时间6～24个月。根据Maryland足部评分系统:优25足,良8足,差1足。结论开放性复位和可塑形钛板内固定以及必要的植骨是治疗跟骨骨折的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of plastic type titanium plate fixation for calcaneal fractures.Methods 30 cases(34 feet) of calcaneal fractures involved the subtalar joint were treated through standard lateral approach,with titanium plate fixation and bone graft for articular collapse.Results 30 cases were followed up for 6～24 months.According to the Maryland foot rating system: excellent in 23 cases,good in 6,and poor in 1.Conclusions Open reduction and internal fixation with plastic type titanium plate and bone graft when necessary is the effective method for calcaneal fractures.更多还原
