【摘要】 目的观察中心静脉导管引流联合白细胞介素-2(IL-2)注射治疗肝性胸水的疗效。方法 40例肝性胸水患者随机分成治疗组(21例)和对照组(19例),两组患者均给予护肝、输白蛋白等支持治疗的基础上,对照组采用常规穿刺抽胸水治疗,治疗组则采用中心静脉导管留置胸腔引流管,完全排空胸水后,注入IL-2,观察两组患者的疗效及并发症情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为85.7%,对照组治疗总有效率为52.6%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的胸水消退的天数、平均住院费用以及住院天数均明显缩短(P<0.05),并发症少。结论中心静脉导管联合IL-2治疗肝性胸水的疗效显著,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of central venous catheter when combined with interleukin(IL)-2 treatment for hepatic hydrothorax. Methods Thirty-three patients with hepatic hydrothorax were randomly assigned to an experimental treatment group(n=17) or a control treatment group(n=16).The experimental group received pleural effusion with continuous drainage by central venous catheter,while the control group was relieved of pleural effusion by conventional puncture.Both groups were administered IL-2 injection into the thoracic cavity after evacuation of pleural effusion.All patients were administered post-operative therapy,including albumin,to protect the liver.The curative effect and complications of two groups were observed. Results The central venous catheter group had a significantly better total effective rate than the conventional puncture control group(82.4% vs 56.3%;P<0.05).The central venous catheter group also had significantly lower duration of pleural effusion persistence,average hospitalization expenses,and duration of hospital stay(P<0.05),as well as experiencing fewer complications. Conclusion The central venous catheter method for IL-2 intrathoracic treatment produces a good therapeutic effect in patients with hepatic hydrothorax.更多还原
