【摘要】 目的探讨造血细胞激酶(Hck)基因多态性与COPD相关性。方法 PCR法分析120例汉族COPD患者(COPD组)和100例汉族正常人(对照组)Hck-627 G/T、8,522 C/T、17,562 A/G、21,528 T/G、33,367 C/T基因多态性。结果 COPD及对照组均未发现21,528 T/G、33,367 C/T多态性,两组均存在-627 G/T、8,522 C/T、17,562 A/G多态性。其中,-627 G/T基因型在两组间频率分布为G/G(60.8%,80.0%)、G/T(37.5%,19.0%)、T/T(1.70%,1.00%);等位基因为G(80.0%、89.5%)、T(20.0%,10.5%)。两组间基因型(G/T)及等位基因(T)频率分布差异显著(P<0.05)。结论我国汉族人群Hck-627 G/T基因多态性可能与COPD发病有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between hematopoietic cell kinase(Hck) gene polymorphism and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 120 COPD patients and 100 healthy people as the control group,who were all chosen from the Han nationality,were treated with PCR assay to analyze their Hck-627 G/T,8522 C/T,17562 A/G,21528 T/G,and 33367 C/T gene polymorphisms.Results Hck 21528 T/G and 33367 C/T gene polymorphisms were not found,but Hck-627 G/T,8522 C/T and 17562 A/G gene polymorphisms were detected in the two groups,with the distribution of Hck-627 G/T genotype frequency: G/G(60.8%,80.0%),G/T(37.5%,19.0%),T/T(1.70%,1.00%),and allele frequency: G(80.0%,89.5%),T(20%,10.5%).Statistic analysis showed significant difference in Hck-627 G/T genotype frequency(G/T) and allele frequency(T)(P<0.05).Conclusion Hck-627 G/T gene polymorphism may be correlated with COPD susceptibility in a Chinese Han population.更多还原
