【摘要】 目的观察ω-3PUFAs鱼油对老年重症医院获得性肺炎(HAP)细胞免疫功能的影响。方法对48例老年重症医院获得性肺炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各24例,两组患者均按照重症肺炎予以常规对症治疗,治疗组在患者循环稳定后立即加用ω-3鱼油脂肪乳剂注射液,100 ml每天静脉滴注,疗程10～14天,对照组患者只予常规治疗,观察治疗前后两组临床症状改善情况,检测用药前及用药后第10天血清C-反应蛋白和血清总蛋白、白蛋白、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,观察两组住院天数和死亡率。结果治疗组炎症控制较对照组改善明显,血清C-反应蛋白下降明显(P<0.01),外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、CD4绝对计数测定细胞显著升高(P<0.01),细胞免疫功能得到改善,住院时间减少,死亡率下降(P<0.05)。结论联合应用ω-3PUFAs鱼油脂肪乳对重症医院获得性肺炎有明显的免疫支持作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of ω-3 Polyunsaturaed Fatty Acids on senium Severe Hospital Acquired Pneumonia patients.Methods Forty-eight patients with severe hospital acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into trial and control groups.The patients in control group were given the conventional treament,while the patients in treatment group were given ω-3 Polyunsaturaed Fatty Acids for 10~14 days based on conventional treatment.Before and after 10 days of treatment,the plasma levels of C reactive protein(CRP),seralbumin,total serum protein and the subgroups lymphocyte were detected.The clinical efficacy and safty of two group were oberseved.Results At day 10,the plasma levels of C reactive protein(CRP) was quickly descended in treatment group(P<0.01),and the seralbumin,total serum protein and the subgroups lymphocyte,such as CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8,the CD4 T cell counts in treatment group were more significantly increased than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the clinical effects in treatment group were better(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional treatment combined with ω-3 Polyunsaturaed Fatty Acids could improve the immune function in severe hospital acquired pneumonia patients.更多还原
