【摘要】 目的观察CIK细胞联合IL-2治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法在胸腔引流术后,实验组灌注CIK细胞20 ml联合IL-2 100万U,连续3天;对照组灌注IL-2 100万U及顺铂(DDP)40 mg/m2,每周一次,连续灌注3～5次。四周后根据影像学资料评价疗效。结果治疗组总有效率88.57%(26/30),完全缓解率50%(15/30);对照组总有效率68.57%(24/35),完全缓解率40%(14/35)。治疗组毒副反应发生率小于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组Karnofsky评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CIK细胞联合IL-2胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效确切,副反应小,可明显改善患者近期生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of treating of malignant pleural effusion with intrepleural injection of CIK cells and IL-2.Method After pleural puncture and drainage,treatment group were treated with intrepleural injection of CIK cells and IL-2 100 kIU for three days in a row;control group were treated with intrepleural injection of IL-2 100 kIU and cisplatin 40 mg/ m2 for once a week.The treatment lasted three to five times.Results The total effective rate and complete remission rate of treatment group was 88.57%(26/30)and 50%(15/30);the total effective rate and complete remission rate of control group was 68.57%(24/35)and 40%(14/35).The incidence rate of side effects in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The Karnofsky score of treatment group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of intrepleural injection of CIK cells and IL-2 was better and side effects was less;this therapy can improve the short-term survival quality.更多还原
