【摘要】 目的评价长期放置宫内节育器(IUD)对子宫内膜形态的影响。方法对26例长期放置IUD并有临床症状的患者行常规超声和彩色多普勒超声检查,观察子宫内膜形态和子宫内膜厚度,并在取环后刮取宫腔内组织进行病理学检查。结果 26例患者中,2例表现为内膜不规则增厚,回声强弱不等,16例宫腔内膜处可见局限性团状高回声,部分可见动脉血流信号,8例子宫内膜厚度正常,回声均匀,无明显异常发现。取环后病理学检查发现子宫内膜息肉20例,增生期子宫内膜组织慢性炎2例,无明显异常4例。结论长期携带IUD可能参与子宫内膜息肉的形成,子宫内膜息肉超声图像具有一定的特征性,彩色多普勒超声对诊断子宫内膜息肉具有重要的应用价值,可为临床诊治提供可靠依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of long-term placed intrauterine device(IUD) on endometrium by ultrasonography. Methods Twenty six IUD placed patients with clinical symptoms were examined by two-dimensional and three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound.The endometrial morphology and endometrial thickness were observed.The uterine cavity tissue was scraped out for pathology examination after IUD was taken off.Results Among 26 patients with long-term IUD and clinical symptoms,2 of them showed endometrial hyperplasia,16 showed merger endometrial polyps,8 showed normal endometrium.From the pathological results,20 of them had endometrial polyps,2 showed chronic inflammatory organization,no significant abnormalities were found in 4 cases.Conclusion The IUD may play a role in the formation of endometrial polyps.Color Doppler ultrasound has important diagnostic value and provides reliable evidence for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometrial polyps.更多还原
