超声无创技术评价颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的研究进展
Research progress of ultrasonography in evaluation for morphology of carotid atherosclerotic plaque
【摘要】 颈动脉斑块的不稳定可导致多种血管事件的发生。现代超声影像技术可便捷获取颈动脉斑块的图像资料并进行后期分析,对颈动脉斑块的稳定性进行综合评估,从而预测血管事件的发生风险。随着高分辨率超声、三维超声、超声弹性成像、超声造影以及灰阶中位数和超声背向散射积分等计算机后处理方式技术的发展和应用,研究者对颈动脉斑块的整体和局部超声形态学特征有了更深刻的认识,从而提高临床预测颈动脉斑块事件的准确性。
【Abstract】 Unstability of carotid plaque(CP)can cause various kinds of vascular disorders. Modern ultrasonography can acquire image of CP and make subsequent analysis,evaluate the stability of CP,which can predict the risk of vascular event. With the development of high-solution,three-dimensional and sonoelastography,contrast,grey-scale medium and back -scattering score in ultrasonography,we have known global and local morphologic characteristics of CP by ultrasonography,which can improve the accuracy of predicting clinical CP events.
