【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声引导下进行盆腔囊肿穿刺的治疗效果。方法对73例盆腔囊肿患者行经腹部或经阴道超声引导下囊肿穿刺,抽液后部分行无水乙醇硬化囊壁治疗,所有囊液均送病理检查。结果 73例患者均一次性穿刺成功,无严重并发症发生。1例患者11个月后复发,另1例患者14个月后复发,均经二次穿刺治疗后痊愈;其余患者未见复发。结论彩色多普勒超声引导下经腹或经阴道穿刺抽液及无水乙醇硬化囊壁治疗盆腔囊肿是一种微创、简便易行、疗效肯定的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of anhydrous alcohol treatment for pelvic cyst under the guidance of color Doppler ultrasound.Methods A total of 73 patients with pelvic cysts underwent puncture,suction and anhydrous ethanol sclerotherapy under the guidance of transabdominal or transvaginal ultrasound.All the cyst fluids were sent for pathological examination.Results Seventy-three patients were one-time punctured successfully,and no serious complications occurred.One patient relapsed after 11 months,and the other patient relapsed after 14 months.They were cured after the second puncture treatment.Other patients didn’t relapse.Conclusion Transabdominal or transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound-guided puncture and anhydrous ethanol sclerotherapy is a minimally invasive,feasible,effective method for the treatment of pelvic cyst.更多还原
