【Abstract】 This research has applied IBL(Inquiry-based learning) to the course of Comprehensive English in the three different classes of Grade 2009 in the English Department,Faculty of Foreign Languages,Ningbo University.The teaching practice shows that the inquiry-based learning can not only increase learner autonomy,but also help develop their abilities in inquiry,communication,team work,etc.Besides,the IBL-based teaching mode also proves to be effective in enhancing learner capabilities in learning and research as well as in improving class teaching effect.更多还原
