三十年来中小学教师培训研究的发展轨迹——基于主题研究论文题名的词频分析

【摘要】 建立我国中小学教师继续教育研究篇目数据库,进行词频分析显示:改革开放初期,我国的中小学教师培训研究主要集中在如何开展教师业务培训和队伍建设上;《中小学教师继续教育规定》等文件的发布,推动教师培训政策制度建设的实践研究广泛展开;随着教师培训从学历提高教育向非学历继续教育的转变,培训内容和策略研究更多地与课程改革、教师专业发展相联系;近年来,开放的教师培养培训体系开始出现,教育学院、进修学校的地位、作用及转型,以及校本培训、自主研修等成为研究热点。

【Abstract】 The paper establishes a data base of primary and middle school teachers’ continuous education research paper titles and finds: during the beginning of the reform periods,the training research mainly focuses on teachers’ teaching training and staff building;after publishing the document of Primary and Middle School Teachers’ Continuous Education,the research on how to make teachers’ training policy is widely spread;with the training changed from teachers’ degree improvement into non-degree promotion,training contents and strategies are more related to the curriculum reform and teachers’ professional development;recently,as open training system starts,the position,role and transformation of education institutes,teachers’ training schools,school-based training,self-motivated research and improvement have become the study focuses.
