【摘要】 当前高校图书馆管理过程中,人不能尽其才,才不能尽其用的现象较为普遍,不利于图书馆人才的培养。从科学设岗、择优选岗、适当轮岗,建立科学合理的考核制度和制定弹性工作制等方面入手,改革图书馆内部管理机制,既有利于图书馆人才的培养,也有利于促进图书馆的可持续发展。更多还原
