【摘要】 探讨了粉末冶金材料的密度及开气孔率的测定方法,指出在用排水法精确测定密度时,要注意消除系统误差和偶然误差。试验过程中采用无防水膜的方法,允许水充分浸入多孔材料并测出试样的饱和质量,用以修正排水法精确测定密度的计算公式。实践证明,这种方法易操作、精度高,可在粉末冶金材料领域推广应用。

【Abstract】 The method of determining the density and open porosity of metallurgical powder material is discussed in this paper.It is pointed out that any systematic and accidental errors should be eliminated when the method of water immersion is used to precisely measure the density.No waterproof membrane is used in the experiment,thus water can fully penetrate into the porous materials.The saturation quality of the test sample is measured to amend the density calculation formula using the method of water immersion.The method has been proved to be easy to operate and with high accuracy,and its application can be promoted in the field of metallurgical powder material.
