【Abstract】 In the process of exploring the natural world,physical sciences played a leading role in the 20th century,elevating the human understanding up to an unprecedented level.However,it became also apparent that there is yet new insight into scientific development,along the line of "information sciences".In the new century,there is fundamental evolution from physical sciences to information sciences.And the central concept or focus topic of information sciences is "information".The progress of science and technology will result in a revolution of scientific view inevitably,and the latter will again cause the change of philosophical view and thus the philosophy of information will become a new paradigm of the new century.From the philosophical tradition,we are embracing a big change.更多还原
