ZKB型直线振动筛优化设计与仿真分析
Optimization Design and Simulation Analysis of ZKB Linear Vibration Screens
【摘要】 采用Matlab与ANSYS等计算机辅助分析设计软件,研究分析了振动筛振动理论,分别建立了ZKB1825型直线振动筛的优化数学模型和有限元分析模型,对振动筛进行了结构参数的优化设计,以提高振动筛生产效率与使用可靠性,为振动筛的设计提供了一种有效的设计思路与方法。
【Abstract】 Vibration theory of vibration screens was investigated adopting softwares like MATLAB and ANSYS,and optimized mathematical model and finite element analysis model of ZKB1825 linear vibration screens were created.To increase the production efficiency and operation reliability,structure parameters of vibration screens were optimized,which supplies a practical scheme and method for the design of vibration screens.
