含铟低酸浸出液中富集铟的研究

【摘要】 为有效地富集低酸浸出液中的铟、提高铟的回收率,提出了"硫化锌精矿还原含铟浸出液中Fe3+-纳米氧化锌中和含铟还原液沉铟"工艺,从含铟低酸浸出液中富集回收铟。还原工艺的最佳条件为:ZnS精矿的粒度为0.074 mm,ZnS精矿的过剩系数为2.0,还原温度为95℃,还原时间为3.0 h。还原结束后溶液Fe3+的浓度为0.18 g/L,Fe3+的还原率为97.84%。中和沉铟的最佳条件为:中和时间为75 min,中和温度为70℃,中和剂过剩系数为1.20,沉铟率为97.57%,中和渣中铟的品位达到2%以上。

【Abstract】 To effectively enrich indium in low-acid lixivium and improve the recovery rate of indium,a process of enriching indium was put forward,that is,reducing Fe3+ by using zinc concentrates and precipitating indium by neutroalizing reduction solution with nano zinc oxide.The optimum conditions of the reduction process were as follows: the particle size of ZnS concentrates was 0.074 mm,the excess coefficient of ZnS concentrates was 2.0,the reduction temperature was 95 ℃ and reduction time was 3.0 h.The concentration of Fe3+ solution was 0.18 g/L after reduction and the reduction rate of Fe3+ was 97.84%.The optimum conditions for indium precipitation by neutralization were as follows: the neutralization time was 75 min,the neutralization temperature was 70 ℃,the excess coefficient of neutralization agent was 1.20.Under such ordition,the grade of indium in the neutralization slags reached above 2% with the precipitation rate of indium reaching 97.57%.
