自我领导与个体创新行为——一般自我效能感的中介作用
Self-leadership and individual innovational behavior:the mediating influence of general self-efficacy
【摘要】 国外学者对自我领导与个体行为的关系进行了大量研究,但在中国文化背景下有关自我领导对个体创新行为影响的研究几近尚未涉足。本文基于自我领导概念及其相关理论,通过实证研究方法,验证了自我领导对个体创新行为具有显著的正向影响,并进一步运用结构方程模型证实一般自我效能感,在自我领导影响个体创新行为的过程中具有部分中介作用。最后,结合本文研究结论就相关管理问题提出几点启示。
【Abstract】 There have been a lot of researches on the relationship of self-leadership and individual behavior abroad.However,the study of the influence of self-leadership on individual innovational behavior has almost not been involved in China.Based on the theory of self-leadership,this study examines the positive influence of self-leadership on individual innovational behavior by empirical method.Furthermore,structural equations modeling is used to test that the influence of self-leadership on individual innovational behavior is partly mediated by general self-efficacy perceptions.Finally,it presents some enlightenments.
