【摘要】 目的:探讨LEEP活检与宫颈点状活检在宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)诊治中的价值。方法:对85例宫颈细胞学异常的患者,先阴道镜下多点活检,再行宫颈环形电切术(LEEP),分析两者病理结果。结果:阴道镜下点状活检病理:宫颈炎16例,hpv感染10例,CINⅠ级17例,CINⅡ级30例,CINⅢ级12例;宫颈环形电切术病理:hpv感染6例,CINⅠ级28例,CINⅡ级29例,CINⅢ级21例,原位癌1例。其中36例病理级别符合,7例病理级别下降,42例病理级别上升。结论:宫颈环形电切术可以弥补阴道镜下活检可能遗漏的缺陷,且有治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the value of the LEEP biopsy and punctate biopsy in the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods: 85 patients who had cervical cytological abnormalities were given multiple biopsy under the colposcope firstly,then they were given cervix ring-like electrotomy excision(LEEP).The pathological results were analyzed.Results: Colposcope biopsy pathology-16cases with cervicitis,10 cases with hpv infection,17 cases with CIN Ⅰ,30 cases with CINⅡand 12 cases with CINⅢ.Cervix ring-like electrotomy excision pathology-6 cases with hpv infection,28 cases with CIN Ⅰ,29 cases with CINⅡ,21 cases with CINⅢ and 1 case of intraepithelial carcinoma.And 36 cases were in accordance with pathological levels,the pathological levels in 7 cases were decreased,and 42 cases were increased.Conclusion: The LEEP can make up for the deficiencies of biopsy under the colposcope which may be omitted,and also has the therapeutic effect.更多还原
