超深长位移侧钻井井眼净化及泥浆泵能力分析

【摘要】 为分析超深侧钻井井眼环空净化状况,给现场钻井施工提供指导,结合国内外研究成果,用最小排量分析井眼净化情况,计算出岩屑床高度。同时提出安全排量概念。利用安全排量计算系统压耗,依据系统压耗分析泥浆泵能力,为超深长位移侧钻井的可行性论证提供了一种分析方法。

【Abstract】 To analyse the hole-cleaning condition of mega-deep-long-reach sidetracking well and provide guidance during drilling,combining research results at home and abroad,min-flowrate is proposed to study the hole cleaning condition and a approach is used to calculate the bed height.Safety flowrate is proposed,it is used to calculate the system pressure loss and the system pressure loss is utilized to study the ability of mud pump.A new analysing approach is proposed to decide the feasibility of mega-deep-long-reach sidetracking well from the theory of drilling hydraulics.
