【摘要】 GIS是应急管理软件中一个重要的支撑平台,并渗透到应急管理的全过程。分析了传统GIS领域存在的主要问题,探讨了RIA(富互联网应用)技术和主流RIA技术Flex。提出了基于RIA技术构建应急GIS系统的思路。在此基础上开发了基于Flex的应急GIS原型系统。系统运行结果证明,基于RIA技术的应急GIS系统具有功能强大的前端处理能力、高度的互操作性,提高了空间数据的分析与处理性能、改善了用户体验。更多还原

【Abstract】 GIS(Geographical Information System) plays an important role in emergency responding management software.This paper analyzes the main problems in the traditional GIS,describes the RIA(Rich Internet Application) technology and the Flex which is the main RIA technologies.Based on the Flex technology,the idea of building the emergency GIS is proposed.In additional,the prototype system of emergency GIS is developed.The result proves that the emergency GIS system based on the RIA technology has a powerful front-end processing capabilities and highly cooperation.It also improves the performance of spatial analysis and the user experience.更多还原
