【摘要】 地质灾害风险评估是从国外引进的新理念和新方法。国内目前对此的理解和应用,经常有概念混淆之处,对其评价也有诸多困难。根据当今国际上通用的地质灾害风险评估理论,以新平为例,综述了国内外在这些难点上进行量化和评价的技术方法,架构了风险评估系统。

【Abstract】 Geological hazards risk assessment is the introduction of new ideas from abroad and new methods,the domestic application of the current understanding of this and often confused with the concept,there are many difficulties in its evaluation.Based on current international general theory of geological hazards risk assessment,an overview of these problems and difficulties at domestic and abroad to quantify and assessment the technical methods,framework for a risk assessment system.
