【摘要】 美国国防部作为最早资助基础研究的部门,从20世纪80年代开始,逐步推行"战略研究领域"项目、"多学科大学研究倡议"项目和"政府/工业合作资助大学研究"项目等3种项目管理方式,分别从国防部自身需求、大学研究需要和工业需求3种角度尝试促进大学的多学科合作研究。通过对这3类项目的管理进行的介绍、分析和讨论,提出了我国大学多学科合作研究管理方式的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 The U.S.Department of Defense,as the first sponsor for basic research,initiated three kinds of program management,namely "Strategic Research Areas","Multidisciplinary University Research Initiative",and "Government-Industry Cooperative University Research" since 1980s.The three programs,from the requirements of U.S.DOD itself,university research and industries,try to push forward the multidisciplinary collaborative research in universities.The paper introduces,analyzes,and discusses the three kinds of new programs.In the end some suggestions are made towards the multidisciplinary collaborative research management in China’s universities.更多还原
