【摘要】 在阐明各创新组织行为对技术创新影响的基础上,对2002～2009年我国30个省市区三大创新主体投入产出面板数据进行技术创新二次产出效率影响因素分析,分析结果表明,各地区二次产出转化随着技术创新主体的不同而具有较大差异性,R&D在各创新主体之间的不同配置、FDI以及R&D资金的不同来源也会对技术创新二次产出转化效率产生重要影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper illustrates mechanism,and use the main panel input and output data of three major innovations of 30 provinces(2002~2009) to make empirical research of government action on the regional impact of technological innovation.The analysis results show that the output among different provinces has diverse characteristics,and the configuration of R&D in different innovation of the main differences between the configuration,FDI and R&D funds from different sources will also have an important impact on technological innovation.更多还原
