基于DSP的电动轮自卸车动态称重系统设计

【摘要】 电动轮自卸车载重特别大,准确测量装载物的质量可以解决有效负载不足或超载的问题。设计了一种基于DSP的动态称重系统,介绍了自卸车动态称重模型和称重公式,给出了系统的组成结构和主要电路的设计,讨论了系统软件设计和各个模块的功能,分析了测量精度和误差原因。测试结果表明,该系统能满足称重使用要求,可配备到各系列电动轮自卸车上。

【Abstract】 The electric-wheeled dump truck carries heavy loading, the accurate weighting of loading of dump truck is contributed to solving insufficient payload and overload. In the paper, a kind of dynamic weighting system based on DSP was designed. The dynamic weighting model and weighting formula were proposed, as well as the structure of the system and the design of main circuits were offered. In addition, the design of the system software and the function of each module were discussed, and measurement accuracy and source of error were analyzed. Test results showed that the system satisfied the weighting requirements, and could be mounted onto serial electric-wheeled dump trucks.
