矿井自动风门智能控制系统设计

【摘要】 矿山井下自动风门往往需要兼顾人员与矿车通过,运行情况比较复杂。现有的自动风门控制系统对人员和矿车不加区分,采取相同的简单控制方式,不能满足多变的运行要求,宜人性差。针对这种情况,根据光电传感器所发脉冲宽度的不同,实现了人员与矿车的智能识别,并对人员通过的各种情况进行分类处理,实现了系统的智能化控制。

【Abstract】 Underground mine automatic air door is generally designed for people as well as trolley wagons to pass through, therefore its working situations are complicated. The existing control system for automatic air door applies a simple control method for both people and trolley wagons without discrimination, so it can not meet the variable operation requirements and is not amenity-oriented. In view of this situation, a method was proposed to distinguish between people and trolley wagons according to the width difference between the corresponding pulses coming from the photoelectric sensor. Based on this, the system realized intelligent control and could handle different situations of passing people.
