【摘要】 在选煤、选矿厂以及化工企业里,黏性细粒产品的压滤机滤饼,由于粒度大,在存储和运输过程中给企业带来了不少麻烦,在洗煤厂甚至提高了混合精煤的水分。针对此问题,研究了一种新型滤饼破碎机,该破碎机结构简单,基建投资低。在设备内部对物料进行两级破碎,破碎比大,入料口装有物料光电检测装置,通过PLC判断物料量的大小,自动调节破碎机的工作状态;破碎腔体大,处理能力大,维护和检修方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Viscous and fine-particle filter cakes generated from the coal,mineral processing plants and chemical industry enterprises usually bring about lots of troubles in storage and transportation because of its large particle size,so much as increase the water content of mixed head coal in some coal processing plants.In view of the issue,a new type of crusher for filter cake was developed.The crusher was characterized by simple structure and low investment in infrastructure.Material was crushed by two steps in the crusher,so the crushing ratio was larger.The photoelectric detection device was mounted at the feeding port,and PLC was applied to judge the amount of material so as to automatically adjust the working status of the crusher.In addition,the crusher had large crushing cavity and treatment capacity,as well as easiness of maintenance and repair.更多还原
