【摘要】 目的:研究磁力扩弓(MPE)后上颌骨三维方向的位置变化。方法:选取15例磁力扩弓患者,拍摄治疗前后螺旋CT,测量上颌骨的各测量点在三维方向的位置和角度,并采用配对符号秩检验对比分析各项数据。结果:MPE治疗前后上颌骨位置在矢状向、垂直向和水平向上均发生了相应的改变,腭中缝得到有效地扩大,呈前后较小中间稍大的纺锤形扩大。结论:磁力扩弓能取得有效的扩弓效果,上颌骨在三维位置发生了相应的变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate maxilla changes after magnetic palatal expansion(MPE) at three-dimensional direction on the location and angle.Methods: Fifteen patients treated with MPE were included in the study.Spiral CT images were used to evaluate three-dimensional changes of the maxilla.Pairs signed rank test was used to analysis of the data.Results: Three-dimensional changes of the maxilla were found after MPE.The maxillary suture was opened wider in the middle and narrower at both ends,which was like a spindle.Conclusion: Spiral CT was useful in the three-dimensional evaluation of maxilla after MPE.更多还原
